Jupix software
This is our management software we use to run our business, all data collected is stored here as our central point to work from. This software is GDPR compliant and secures the data we input.
Dropbox
Our systems are cloud based, and this is where we store all documents created relating to the properties we deal with. This cloud base system is GDPR compliant.
Adobe Sign
We use this to send through documents that require proof of acknowledgment through signature or acceptance. Personal data is sometimes included in these documents and so they are sent encrypted and when necessary require a password to access.
Emails
Any information you choose to share with us via email, are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
Who has access to your information?
Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third- party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Tony Alan Estates hold about you (we may charge £10 for information requests) to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
